  • You have not completed more than 25% of the course material.
  • You have not received any personalized consultation or feedback (if applicable).

  2. Include your order number, the course name, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting the refund.
  3. Once we receive your request, we will review it and process the refund if it meets the criteria.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Digital content that has been accessed or downloaded, including but not limited to, course materials, eBooks, or downloadable guides.
  • Personalized services such as one-on-one consultations, private lessons, or custom projects.
  • Any promotional or discounted services or courses.

Exchanges or Transfers

If you wish to transfer your course to another course or exchange it for a different service, please contact us at info@reilminby.space. We may be able to accommodate your request depending on availability and the nature of the service.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or payment provider, as it may take additional time for processing. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [insert email address].

Cancellations for Live Classes or Events

If you have registered for a live online class, webinar, or event and need to cancel your participation, we require at least 48 hours’ notice before the event begins to process a refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event start time will not be refunded.
